Top 5 Most Anticipated Games @ E3 2014

Electronics Entertainment Expo, is the video game industry’s largest annual business event. E3 2014, held on June 10-12 2014, will mark the expo’s 20th anniversary. E3 has a huge impact on gamers around the world as it’s where all the big guns of the video game industry show off their muscles. With plenty of next gen games to cover, here are my top 5, most anticipated games of E3 2014.

5) Deep Down

This dungeon crawler from Capcom looks promising to keep Demon Souls fans wanting for more. It’s got great visuals and immersive environment with minimalistic HUDs. I hope we get to see more of the character creation/customization aspects of the game.

4)Alien: Isolation

I’m a sucker for survival horror games and a huge fan of the classic Ridley Scott’s 1979 Alien film. So I’m already sold for this one. Creative Assembly is taking the series back to the roots of original movie, the original survival horror genre. And to see all the original artworks and the “Low-fi Sci-fi” theme with chunky monitors and push button technology, is just amazing. The team even says they didn’t build any gadgets that couldn’t have existed on the original 1979 Alien film set.

3)Uncharted (PS4)

However, many people have an issue when it comes to always having to make travel viagra generic sale arrangements. Naughty Dogs has always been a favorite dev since the dawn of Playstation era. I’ve loved and played almost all of their games. Uncharted series is just perfect. Love the charecters, story, gameplay and it’s still considered one of the best looking PS3 games out there. But with all the key persons we often associate Uncharted series with, departing the studio, everyone is puzzled if Uncharted 4 is even gonna happen, let alone to be released this year. And Naughty Dogs is known to have always wrapped their series after the 3rd installment. Hope E3 sheds some light on it.

2)Tom Clancy’s The Division

Tom Clancy’s take on next-gen ver of third person shooter. It is a open world, multiplayer RPG game set in a world devastated by a deadly pathogen. Massive Entertainment’s Snowdrop engine looks absolutely stunning. The way the charecters interact with their environment and those detailed bullet impacts and sound design is just jaw dropping. Seems like the next big move in online co-op shooters. I would really like me some details on that skill tree progression and weapon customizations.

1)Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain

Kojima teased us with a slice of Phantom Pain in Ground Zeroes and GZ left me really wanting to hunt down Skull Face and rig him with a C4. We have seen what the engine is capable of and the freedom of choice players can enjoy. And we also know Phantom Pain is 200 time bigger than GZ and that just keeps me pondering on how all the mechanics are gonna fit in place. How Konami is gonna use all the data and feed backs they got from GZ and implement them in Phantom Pain? How this is going to affect epic boss battles? Will it tie up all the loose ends and justify why Snake became The Big Boss? Hope Konami will drop us some more clues on Phantom Pain at E3.
